Problems detected are configured to automatically notify the customer or a designated service provider. Problems are escalated to various levels based on the severity of the identified problem.
Through our 5th Dimension methodology, we determine various monitoring, tracking and escalation flows that are most appropriate to a client scenario and implement those using rigorous processes. We also enable Historical data storage to facilitate trend analytics and IT planning.
